Do you provide an assembly service for furniture?
Yes, we offer a white-glove delivery and assembly service on most large furniture items. Our expert team will deliver, assemble in your room of choice, and remove all packaging for a small additional fee.
Can I request a fabric or carpet sample before purchasing?
Absolutely. We understand that color and texture are important. You can request free fabric swatches for our sofa collections or carpet samples by contacting our customer service team or visiting one of our showrooms.
What is your return policy for online orders?
You can return online purchases within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. Please note that bespoke or custom-made items, such as specially ordered carpets or sofas, cannot be returned.
