Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Item
Ensure the furniture or flooring is in its original, unassembled condition and securely repacked in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Arrange Collection
Once approved, we will coordinate a pickup with our specialized furniture couriers or provide instructions for returning smaller homeware items via post.
Quality Inspection & Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to confirm they meet our resale standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
